Haven't a medical background but the gist I think is previously inoperable pancreatic cancer patients have, since receiving the oncasil device, improved/progressed to a point where their tumour/s have been able to be removed by traditional surgical procedures.
Hopefully the ann is a refinement of this and can fire up the share price.
