Excellent research.
What the company must do is market themselves more especially on social media as mentioned by @col69
The company musn't assume that others know they are a leader in their field. Most wouldn't have a clue who they are and what they provide.
They need to get in papers, newsletters, journals tv AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
That's just the way of the world now and they need to get with the times...
