Presuming it is OPHIR that has just applied for the two new blocks in Seychelles, and knowing that other companies have up until November 17 to lodge an application for the same blocks;
..........do you think that they could delay 3D interim data / fast track volume (expected late September), to prevent other parties gaining interest???
If it is ophir, they would like those blocks on the best terms, and obviously to win the blocks in the first place. Keeping their cards close to their chest would definitely benefit their chances.
More potential delays??? That would definitely annoy the s..t out of us all, but we are used to that anyway.

If it is ophir, (or WHN/OPHIR JV????), that re-rate will be massive come late November, and this could be the activity we think is occurring behind the scenes, after all, the Seychelles is the flagship project, and increasing involvement in the same working hydrocarbon system is a worthy investment.
