Small caps are not doing well and they haven't been lucky with the recent results (they are always 'very excited' though). In hindsight may be they should have drilled the existing resource deeper to increase the ounces.
The manganese rock chip samples suggested the grade was over 20%. It turned out to be around 10%, so may be they were a bit selective with their random samples
