The directors and the key management earn 9% of the market cap now, which means MKG needs to raise 9% equity at 1.7c to pay themselves for one year. In terms of shareholding, they owned less than 10 million shares at the end of 2022. It's only worth $170k (they bought some this year, so may be they have 200k worth of shares). However, they keep collecting salaries while we get no dividends, no salaries, but only capital losses.
