Yes, the salaries are not high in absolute terms. However, they are very high compared with the market cap.
As an example. DEG paid $3.8 million to key personnel but their market cap is $1.9 billion. The ratio is 0.2%. With MKG, it is 9%
If the MKG' key personnel really think the market cap is low, they should be showing some support as their current holding is worth one quarter of their yearly salary.
