    The capability of the management is not just taking decisions. It is the capability of taking a decision in a timely manner. We know there are risk involved in every management decision. Whatever risks we can mitigate we will mitigate. Cannot wait for all the risks to be resolved to take decision. Waiting indefinitely will not solve any problems. AIMO. DYOR
