Agreed. I think theres very limited short term catalyst to propel the share price higher. The new acquisitions might be EPS accretive etc etc but the market no longer reacts favourably to these anymore. I think the figures in q2 needs to show strong organic growth in rev/receipts to restart the upward momentum or perhaps an acquisition that strengthens the Saas side to add to arr and potentially have the ability to scale the software to existing business offerings.
