I believe the company when they say the tests are being handled by third parties and they have no control over their release. They probably make enquiries from time to time but would not receive a difinitive date. They can only make a reasoned estimation of the likely result date. If anyone else accepts their lack of control over the date then surely you can see that the likely date is not going to get anymore accurate but more probable as time goes on.
