They based the enthusiasm on observations or discussions or data or all the above - the validity of which has been verified by results as illustrated mid year and highlighted today.
I suppose my point is there's been no attempt to spin it as I gather despite the delay and SP, they might feel its not heading 180 wrong direction, possibly a little remorseful for the crowing, all normal emotional responses, not the nature of some maniacal construct.
