    Given the Auditors doubt about the Company as a Going Concern, it defies credibility that there was:

    No acknowledgement of the Auditor’s note

    No addressing of the Company’s capital position

    No discussion about funding C14 to do the CEOs job

    No discussion about what value the CEO can now bring to the Company
