    disagree, the listings website is growing and profitable, I do agree that the majority of listings are NSW and Vic and QLD. for the software development side as in RentPay this is progressing as per the plan communicated consistantly now for months. consolidate, adress bugs and improvments and then to do a proposed targeted marketing drive.

    plus att hemacro level, as soon as interest rates start to head north, IMO there'll be extra rental demand with many housewonsers being 6x household income in debt
