I just want to go further into how big this could be if they decide to do it,

If RNT incentives holding a higher balance in the wallet much like a bank will give you a better interest rate when you follow the terms of a savings account.

They could do a "hold > $5000 in your wallet for more than 2 weeks and beyond, you get a return/reward"

This would be a game changer because if 100 users commit to it that's $500,000

With the right structure the rent team could internally invest by buying property or using the internal data they could lend to the renters who want to buy that have good credit history, why partner with a lender when you can vertically integrate it into the business.

We already know they are constantly monitoring the property market
They already know a portion of their customers are financially/tech savvy
They already have a good relationship with AGL, this could be a reward "well subsidize your gas or electricity bill"

I am speaking of the first examples that came to mind and I'm sure there are better ways to invest the potential capital.

I feel this is an important part for OG investors and newcomers to factor into their research as I completely overlooked it.
