    Thanks for the link... I intend to watch the whole 9 hours (already have seen the SGQ section and 1 other company which I follow).

    I am interested to understand why the BMG connection is a red flag for you. I have spent a bit of time this morning looking at it and I don't see any issues. Like yourself, I have rules and if there's anything untoward I would like to know. On the surface, BMG actually looks okay.
