The thing is, they have landed a decent sized agreement since they mentioned this in their presentation.

A reminder that just 3 weeks ago, 4DX landed a reasonably material deal with Integral Diagnostics to expand their presence in Australia (which may also allow swifter future entry into the NZ market, after regulatory approval), thus doing what they say they would do. It's not just words on a page for the sake of it, they say these things because commercial discussions are in progress.

Further, per the Sep 23 quarterly update, there's been scanning activity and imaging partnerships being built from a ”grass roots” level at Jones Radiology, Lake Imaging, ChesRAD, and as flagged an agreement with Spectrum Medical Imaging is to be finalised. The first 3 were not separately announced (perhaps each not material in isolation) but important nonetheless as it demonstrates continuing commercial activity and brand/product awareness among the radiology community.

Let’s trust that the company has left this commercial agreement expectation in their presentation for good reason (though timing is uncertain as 4DX can’t control this, with all parties taking whatever time they need).
