Thanks for your research.... for an instance I thought they were refering to the 'U.S. Food & Drug Administration' and I was in schock. Let's remember we are not able to deliver a single page announcement without raising questions - nor providing answers to something that we -in theory- dominate.

Your suggestion about the 'Florida Dart Association' makes perfect sense. Again 0,00005% of Hydrogen is like hitting 3 darts, one on top of the other one (maybe 5 darts)
