Far enough im sure some of the selling is from those from lower levels trading the stock. Also just remember we are about to hit the reporting season, usually a good time of the year for the markets in general. Going by previous numbers from companies like apple etc i believe the earning outlook will be decent from corporate america. Do agree with the uncertanty thoguh with problems like the debt ceiling, things could get hairy if this is not sorted and reforms are not put into place to get the economy back towards surplus. But this wont be easy and will be messy at times and take a significant amount of time.

ASX has been consolidating in a trading range for almost 2 years now and not a downward trend imo. Thats just my two cents who knows where we are to head though, but our market has been subdued while other markets have broken previous highs. GL to all holders
