Raising that quantum of money for a project like this is - relatively speaking - simple. A whole lot more pools of money to source from than if the project is a $350m project. If going the finance route then there are more options for syndication to spread the risk over several lenders such that individual risk exposures are met. A good M&A banker would eat this for breakfast.
