Lets not forget the interest from the EU countries and the USA. For companies that rely on a steady supply of heavy rare earths for use in things like power generation in wind farms, the capex requirements for IXR are but a drop in the bucket if it means they get a reliable supply of heavy rare earths.
Western countries really do need Makuutu to be in production ASAP so that they are guaranteed sufficient volumes of critical and heavy rare earths.
In the meantime there are regulatory hurdles for IXR to achieve but by the end of the 3rd quarter this year with resource levels at above 200m tonnes and the Feasibility Study published, I think that will provide a platform for significant progress of the project. The SP is likely to be multiples of the current level before Xmas.
Cheers W2
