Although it wouldn't be cheap, but I think it is necessary for keeping WDS on the ball and to be able to release good news to the market to generate SP support. You can be sure that WDS is not interested in boosting PCL's SP by releasing info unnecessarily. They will want to swallow PCL for a minimal price if it proves up to be a bonanza; thus keeping market (and any opposition) in the dark would be good strategy. JIMHO.
