I think u r flogging a dead horse in relation to ASIC etc etc etc .....
Sure the stock price is well and truly " on the ropes" ...so to speak
Meanwhile focus on the CMV of the entity and the IP .... currently valued @ 7 Mill .
I think this story might have a way to go yet .... and one or two key changes in sentiment & appreciation of the potential value of the IP could see significant change .
High risk ..... potentially sensational reward !!!!!
