Fear of a first strike may have been a reason for dropping Resolution 3. However it was an EGM and not an AGM so I don't know if that makes any difference.
I just looked back at the last AGM results and only 10% voted against the remuneration report then. There was over 40% of voted against the re-election of the directors standing for re-election. Given how close the votes are the Triaxial guys will be able to tilt it their way after getting the first tranche of the CN converted. I would not be a happy camper if I found that the board was delaying things (ie filing an IND application) so that the CN conversion is delayed till after the AGM.
Such a pity that all this stuff is obscuring the great work and drugs that Novogen is developing. We have the funds, we have some great partners, 2 preclinical drugs with orphan drug designation (how cool is that), one platform that kills cancer stem cell populations, another platform with great synergy with standard chemo drugs (20x more effective) and early reports that none have significant toxicity.
Who else thinks that the SP only has one way to go? (Not down IMO)
