Yes, I am. The rebate is for expenses spent in France. CY21 R&D was $16mln so potentially the company would be getting a rebate of a few million this quarter.
It would be interesting to know how much non-French R&D there is now, given Skywater relationship only began late last year.
Also the expenditure run rate of "accelerated development", which we will find out in the next quarterly.
