Check out page 11 bottom right hand corner in the Orlando presentation , the anode 70% silicon composite includes Anteo X cross linker and the Binder combined as slurry is cured for 3 hours at 90 degrees around the cathode , that black rubbery stuff looks pretty solid to me , Electrolyte ? are you talking about the Cathode ? its solid too.
