No - I'm not talking about the anode or the cathode - the electrolyte is neither. The difference between a solid state battery and current lithium-ion batteries is whether the electrolyte is a solid.
AnteoTech hasn't provided even a hint that they are in the solid state space - it is unlikely that they are. That's not a huge negative - just counters the posts above getting excited about something quite incorrect.
