I too can live with delays due to the reasons that Dr. RMQ stated.
However shareholders were questioning the delays solely due to what the good doctor stated in not one - but many presentations. She stated "Every 28 days" and even quicker once safety was ensured. Patients queued up out of the doors. Etc Etc. So I think it's unfair to blame shareholders for wanting answers.
If she stated 12 months ago what she stated today - including that a lot depends on how much money we have in the bank - there would be a lot less concern about delayed timelines in getting patients dosed.
Patient 5 had their manufacturing run done months ago and I was wondering what the delay was in getting them dosed. Now it appears they required FDA clearance to proceed to dose level 2. See what happens when a company is clear and transparent?
It's been stated in these threads just how wonderful Dr. RMQ was to source the $4 million in funds off her own back from her relationships with the philanthropic family . Incorrect! The family fund found them - and not the other way around!
I also do not believe for one second that Case Western have not provided one single update on the 'complete response' patient in eight (8) months. Give me a break please!
On a side note - Do you think shareholders can buy one of those fancy Chimeric Therapeutics jackets that she was wearing?? I thought she was cutting costs on unnecessary items?
I did think she presented very well though. Rebecca, if you read this, my offer to have my wife give you some free media training/tips still stands!
