We can agree to disagree here - of course the data will be presented to any prospective partner that will agree to take a meeting with BIT.  The key here is that did the data met the 'primary endpoint' and if not any 'secondary endpoint' of the trial.

I can reel off countless instances on ASX of companies releasing data that they put a positive spin on (let's call that positive news) but it didn't meet the 'endpoints' and never once did the market react favorably - in most cases the market was quite brutal in its response.  Just take a look at ACL in late October 2014 and NEU this year alone.

I am just being devils advocate here as it appears that most long this grasp endlessly at anything that affirms their 'confirmation bias'
