I think it's Intel corporation. I know for a fact they have manufacturing factories in Europe and the new CEO is making a big push for Intel to become a new foundry for semiconductor like TSMC. Intel are also pushing hard to make semiconductor chips for European EV manufacturers. Fits in perfectly in my view.
