i think it just means that they are only interested in large scale sites, rather than a larger CETO 3 unit. For intstance, they wouldnt want to be putting money and effort into a 5MW installation, even if it did make a buck.

I'm just a bit worried about the report that Ottaviano said at the AGM that he would be happy if each unit produced 100kw (rather than the 180kw we expect). Why would he say that? CWE never says anything, and when they do, it's always for a reason. I wasnt there to hear it, so i didnt pick up the context or tone, but it smells fishy to me (I oscillate between rose coloured glasses and black ones quite frequently, and without much justification these days!)
