re: Ann: Presentation to Jefferies Global Cle... Acees, I'm positive that Ottiviano said EDF-EN were requiring a much larger CETO 3 unit for testing at Reunion Island. Why would they want to test the same size unit at Reunion Island for approx 1 year? It serves no purpose!

EDF-EN would need a year to test and manufacture their larger version of CETO 3 from the foundation to the BA. Imagine the extra time required for design and manufacturing of all the larger size parts that make up CETO. I believe that EDF-EN think they can improve CETO and if they do, that's great news for all shareholders in CWE as we will always own the IP rights.

I'm sure CWE and EDF-EN are keen collectively to have larger scaled sites. Remember they have a 49%-51% partnership in sites they develop together in the Northern Hemisphere

When Ottiviano said "I would be happy for a single unit to produce 100Kw" it definetely came across as a "off the cuff" remark. Ottiviano said it softly with his head facing down with a wee smile and a sigh. I think the remark came after he had just addressed the attendees at the AGM about the long process of getting CETO 3 to where it is today. Acees do not read anything into that remark as it did not have a bearing at all on how well each unit will perform.

Don't stress, becuase I didn't smell any fish when Ottiviano made that remark and I'm sure no one else in the room did as well. If they did the sharks certainly would have been circling Ottiviano.

Keep the faith brother, as that is all we are hanging on till February.
