It is so good that Alex has slowed down his delivery...perhaps a shade too much but definitely a move in the right direction.
I know they're pressed for time with these kinds of presos, but the significance needs to sink in.
It also makes him look more confident. A rushed delivery can give the unintended impression of desperation.

Excellent to have continuity with terms, like from 'capital investment to human capital'. Smooth and confident.
'We are a developer'. Love it.

He is telling the story so well. The thing is to get sufficient interest, the potential investors will then read further to get the detail rather than firing a barrage of detail at people when they can't see the big picture.

It's also good to change the heading re Capricorn from 'Our hero' to 'Following the leader'.
It's about precedents.
He is also varying cadence. So important to retaining attention.
Also demonstrating what makes us unique.

He appears to not state the obvious - but it has real importance - of being on previous mine sites that don't need exploration permits so no delay on the continuous drill. Overall though...
