Should they maintain their licence to sell health insurance? Who would be insured by them when they commit data protection privacy breaches of that magnitude? Does NHF have a future now they have committed such a heinous breach of customer confidence on something as sensitive as customer health?

Is it similar to your heart surgeon singing my heart is a ghost town during your open heart surgery? Who would want anyone to do with NHF now they have committed such a heinous breach?

IMHO MPL have one competitor less to worry about and the other is a foreign not-for-profit co-operative whose major raison d'être is to rovide health insurance to its British members rather than competing against MPL and NHF (while and if NHF still exists).
