I can sense you have a grievance with these guys - I am unusually gifted in this area, many who read your posts will miss the intricacies, but no not me.
The problem with your prediction is they went up today by 3%. Oh well it IS hard to read the crystal ball accurately at times I suppose.
I don't suppose you'd like to share with me why you have taken such issue with NHF?
