Privacy and data protection are serious issues not taken seriously enough in Australia. So sufficiently luckily for NHF holders, It seems NHF have got away with an appalling lapse of privacy and misuse of customer health data without censure.
If MPL had made such a lapse, we would still not have heard the end of it.
