Like Lynas had a bit of hassle from greenies, antinuclear loonies spreading scare stories about their slightly radio active thorium wastes, I seem to remember a hitch with the Dubbo project was uranium content and the NSW ban on mining it, has that been sorted yet? Maybe that's scaring away financiers too?
