Don't know how Bob will fix this placement issue. Per today's significant holder notice, Citi still borrows 27 million shares. Don't know their agenda. Check all those tiny transactions.Today they obviously use bots to sell down. To me this is not like big holders selling. I am over loaded with SBM now, have been buying along the way from $3.35 and unfortunately will not be able to take part in the placement.
