B4bmm. With respect, there is no "deadline" which they have to keep. They have been saying all of those things in the presentation for many months and have been geared up to start mining AND production since they signed the mining and transport agreement, see ann 9 June 2015!! It's all documented in previous anns.

That 10% that people are deducing means that they have ticked 9 of the 10 boxes, that last box, the key, is what has provided this incredulous and unexplained delay, MONTHS, and the company has given no indication why there is such a delay and what is causing that delay and that's what some of us are peeved about.
