Further to the ACT reverse auction, IFN has Capital 2 WF permitted and ready to go for 90-100Mw.

Adding a battery to Capital 1 & 2 and Woodlawn, which supply ACT, looks a natural fit to me. IFN would probably like to use the more efficient more consistent new turbines up to 5.3 Mw GE are offering. This change would likely oblige repermitting Capital 2 as they are huge.
A package of redesigned Capital 2 plus a battery of considerably greater size than sought would be highly attractive to the ACT government. IFN is well placed to advance. Reverse auction closes early 2020.
