Listcorp publish the official listing of ASX Uranium Stocks including ETF's. There are currently 64 stocks listed and over the past couple of weeks I have been to the websites of all 64 looking to gain some knowledge of the Australian Uranium industry. I was particularly interested to learn about Uranium projects in Queensland in order to see how GRV's  Oasis project ranks.
I was surprised to find only 5 Queensland projects; Westmoreland, Ben Lomond, Valhalla, Skal Andersons Bikini Watta, and Maureen. Note! Oasis is not included and there is no doubt there are other Queensland projects held in ASX listed companies and in private companies that are not included in the listing.
But I couldn't find any and I think there are very few if any Uranium projects in Queensland additional to the above 5 plus Oasis.
The list of 64 Includes significant activity in NT (GRV has 4 NT Uranium projects)and SA where Uranium mining is approved, and in WA where like Queensland there is a moratorium on Uranium mining. It was interesting to note the large number of ASX listed companies exploring for Uranium   in Namibia, elsewhere on the African continent and in USA.
A small fraction of the Oasis exploration lease has already been drilled and assayed with very encouraging results. The entire lease will be drilled and assayed commencing next month with a view to a resource JORC later this year.  I think the project is likely to attract market interest being an Australian deposit/project uniquely positioned in the market as set out above.
