i always felt from the start that this was one that would be quite the business in a few years time and in the dollars not the cents.

How many dollars will depend on PM price and our timing as we develop assets into that bullish backdrop but looking good atm.

Our valuation on that alone is going up as its a monetary hedge in an inflationary backdrop and lines up our profitability to the upside.

At RIU this week I ran into some finance
folks and they spoke very highly of Alex and the fact that most financial folks don't jump across to a small cap unless there is massive upside and highlighted time commitment involved. I figured this from the get go but always nice to get confirmation from outside reputable sources.
