It's much harder to read a block of capital letters than it is to read ordinary typeface.
This is because of the lack of visual variation in the letters when in caps.
One word here or there is good in caps, but a whole paragraph is just difficult to read and counter productive.
Interesting, and there is also a sudden liquidity problem with credit default swaps in the bond market. It suggests a financial squeeze is on but nothing is certain.
I would think Japan, by performing a sudden sell off in US Treasury bonds, was making their point loud and clear that they will not continue to support the US dollar while being smashed on tariffs. If the only thing Trump understands is brute force, they were delivering.
Point taken as Bessent, Musk and industry and investment heavyweights made it clear they were not going to support Trump's random tariff aggression either.
Interesting times.
