    Walcot Capital
    Walcot Capital is a private venture capital business specialising in resource investments. The firm's mandate is the investing in, and developing of international resource assets.

    Obviously BGS is even at current SP not a buy for the investment company of our chairman. Other fund managers will notice and have an own thought on this matter.

    P.S.
    No, i don't believe insider regulations forbid Walcot to buy a stake in Birimian.
