Take a look at Clancy CLY. and that is one shocker of a RI, Makes our guy look like an amateur in the shafting stakes.
They were 1 cent on the 7/4/16 when the company had a trading halt to Announce they were doing a capital raising. Four days later they announce a seven for everyone share held for 1 tenth of a cent. Over 2 Billion extra shares.
As most remember Clancy were to be in a joint venture for our North arunta tenements but could not raise the money.
Our old boss Mike Etheridge along with one of our larger shareholders (Nathan Featherby) have strong ties to Clancy.
They are now sitting at .002
Shareholders held to ransom. Buy the RI or get diluted to hell.
