re: Ann: Presentation to Shareholders at Annu... denver, FNT don't need to raise capital that is correct but Torque do so a bit of a poetic license has been used. Torque need the capital more than FNT would if Tassie was still to be retained by FNT as there are commitments and timeframes to be met. Will the spin off work is anybody's guess under the current investment climate. JMHO.
