I expect them to stop giving themselves millions of options at ridiculously low exercise prices, reduce the overpaid management numbers, haul in the overheads AND stop bringing in new shareholders at prices that decimate the share price. Keeping this company afloat is management's job - it should be a privilege for them and not a continual drain on shareholders (new and old) who are increasingly having to dig deep to pay for.
