If PCL elected to reamin 20% they would have to raise some serious cash and considering the current shares on offer it will only dilute much much further. Not a fan with this option to be honest and can;t really see this happening. I think the old boys at PCL (including DK) want to sail off into the sunset and enjoy retirement. I know I would....
But who knows what will happen and who else will want to get invloved. I am sure some other slimy broker mates will be lining up to get their free bite of the cake if another CR happens.
Anyway keeping going up in the right direction is all I am after.
