I aggree with your dilution view, however in the excitement of an extraordinary discovery the market maybe begging to thrown money at them Sophs will looking for a flip trade and PCL might take them up on it.
As an onlooker to FAQ'S story, the only thing that grew for shareholders was the number of shares on issue.
PCL, would be better off imo to free carry up to development.
