Yes but for how long... optima is legal and mortgage processing. Pexa is econvencing in Australia, Smoove is econvencing in UK. How do you integrate all of these systems? Normally what you do you pick the your preferred platform and re write functionality of other two systems overtime.
it is very expensive to maintain two, three different platforms. Specially if they are doing similar things. Normally 60% of software company is wages. Plus implementation and bug fixing is nightmare.
