There are three business units in PEXA:
PEXA Exchange Australia
PEXA Exchange International
PEXA Digital
There is going to be additional integration cost in Smoove which will be revealed in the Half Year Results on Feb 2024.
With Optima, the integration cost is already paid for.
Smoove revenue was £20m in FY23. With underlying EBITDA loss of £4.4m. Mostly due to new products development costs.
Smoove and Optima are needed by PEXA UK to feed business to PEXA platform. They are not competitors of PEXA. Settlements are done manually if you call that competition.
