Not sure if you know but one of the directors is Peter McIntyre (ex MD of Extract). ACZ has been looking all around the world for the last few years for a project to vend in. Although there is no JORC resource as yet they must be confident in this.

Remember, we are still dealing with a mkt cap of $9M, not $50M. Also promising is that the vendors of the project are going to become executive directors (in one case managing director). It looks like they have a good pedigree.

A share price of 50c would still only give it a market cap of $15M. I think your point is valid but the market cap is still low....
